Requirements For Tattoos And Piercings
   NO EXCEPTIONS

All paperwork or ID has to be the original and present in physical form (no pictures and no copies)

 

Must bring valid government issued ID (drivers license, passport, estate ID card)

 

If you are 16 years old must bring an ID with a picture (passport, school ID, real ID), birth certificate, and a parent or legal guardian must be present with their ID.

 

If you only bring IDs the last names and addresses have to match.

 

Guardians must bring proper paperwork to prove relationship to child.

 

We refuse to give service to anyone under influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that influence decision making.

 

No children under 16 allowed in the shop 

 

No pets allowed in the shop
